Insurance Call Center Representative - Rs.50,000 - 70,000 per month

About the Role

Join our dynamic team as an Insurance Call Center Representative. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with insurance inquiries, policy information, and claims assistance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming customer calls professionally and efficiently
  • Provide accurate information about insurance policies and coverage
  • Process basic policy changes and updates
  • Guide customers through the claims process

Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Insurance experience preferred but not required
